How do I create a 90Ride account?

Creating a 90Ride account is simple. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, then tap "Sign Up." You'll need to provide your name, email, phone number, and create a password. You'll also need to add a payment method to complete your account setup.

What payment methods are accepted?

90Ride accepts all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. You can add or manage your payment methods in the "Payment" section of your app. For your security, we don't store your full card details on our servers.

How do I add or update my payment method?

To add or update your payment method, open the 90Ride app and go to the "Account" tab. Tap on "Payment Methods," then "Add Payment Method" to add a new card, or select an existing card to update it. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

How do I view my ride history and receipts?

To view your ride history and receipts, open the 90Ride app and go to the "Activity" tab. Here, you'll see a list of all your past rides. Tap on any ride to view detailed information, including the route, fare breakdown, and receipt. You can also request a receipt via email by tapping the "Email Receipt" button.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, your payment information is secure with 90Ride. We use Stripe, a world-class payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide, to handle all payments securely. We never store your complete card details on our servers. Your payment information is tokenized and securely managed by Stripe in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

How do I book a ride?

To book a ride, open the 90Ride app and enter your destination in the "Where to?" field. Confirm your pickup location or adjust it as needed on the map. You'll see the estimated fare and arrival time. Tap "Confirm Ride" to request a driver. You'll be matched with a nearby driver and can track their arrival in real-time.

How is the fare calculated?

Fares are calculated based on several factors, including a base fare, the distance of your trip, the estimated time it will take, and any applicable state fees, taxes, or airport fees. Unlike other services, we aim to minimize surge pricing during peak hours. You'll always see the estimated fare before confirming your booking, with no hidden fees or surprises.

How do I cancel a ride?

To cancel a ride, tap the "Cancel" button in your active trip. Please note that cancellation fees may apply if you cancel after a driver has been assigned and has started heading to your location. The fee helps compensate drivers for their time and fuel spent traveling to your pickup location.

Can I schedule a ride in advance?

Currently, we do not support scheduling rides in advance, but we're working on adding this feature soon. Stay tuned for updates!

Is there a waiting time charge?

Yes, waiting time charges apply after a 2-minute grace period. This compensates drivers for their time. The current rate is $0.30 per minute of waiting time. To avoid these charges, try to be ready when your driver arrives at the pickup location.

We exclusively onboard top-rated drivers who have already established a proven track record of excellent service on platforms like Uber or Lyft. Additionally, every driver undergoes a rigorous background screening process that includes multi-jurisdictional criminal checks, sex offender registry checks, and thorough motor vehicle record reviews. We continuously monitor driver ratings and rider feedback to maintain our high standards.

What insurance coverage does 90Ride provide?

Every 90Ride trip is backed by our extensive insurance policy. Our primary commercial auto insurance provides coverage up to $1 million per incident from the moment a driver accepts your trip request until you exit the vehicle. This includes coverage for medical expenses in the event of an accident, as well as protection in case of an accident with a driver who doesn't have adequate insurance coverage.

How can I share my trip details with friends or family?

To share your trip details, tap the "Share Trip Status" button during an active ride. You can send your real-time location, driver details, and estimated arrival time to trusted contacts via SMS, email, or your preferred messaging app. Your selected contacts can track your journey in real-time for added peace of mind.

What should I do in case of an emergency during my ride?

In case of an emergency, you can use the in-app emergency button located on the trip screen. This will connect you directly to emergency services and share your exact location and trip details with them. You can also contact our 24/7 support team through the app for any non-emergency issues that require immediate attention.

How do I report a safety concern after my ride?

To report a safety concern after your ride, go to your trip history, select the ride in question, and tap "Get Help" or "Report an Issue." You can also contact our support team directly through the app's Help section. All safety reports are taken seriously and investigated promptly.
