Our Dual Guarantee ensures drivers always get the better deal between two options:

1. 90% after third-party fees: Drivers keep 90% of the fare after insurance and Stripe fees. Some states may also have state fees, taxes, and airport fees.
2. 80% of total fare upfront: Worry about high third-party fees? No problem! We give drivers at least 80% of the total fare.

We automatically give drivers whichever amount is higher. This guarantee means drivers always earn more with 90Ride than with other rideshare platforms that typically keep 30-60% of fares.

To book a ride, simply open the app and enter your pickup location and destination. Choose your preferred vehicle type, confirm your pickup point, and tap 'Confirm Ride'. You'll be matched with a nearby driver and can track their arrival in real-time.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. You can add or manage your payment methods in the 'Payment' section of your app. For your security, we don't store your full card details on our servers.

90Ride is launching services in Montana, Idaho, Florida, and Arizona. We are rapidly expanding to new states and cities. The app will automatically show you available services in your area. If 90Ride isn't available in your location yet, you can sign up to be notified when we launch in your area.

90Ride works just like Uber or Lyft in terms of how rides are booked and payments are made—you'll find the experience familiar and intuitive. The key differences are in our business model: we offer more competitive prices for riders, and drivers receive significantly more of each fare (90% after fees compared to 40-70% with other platforms). We also provide complete transparency, so drivers can see what riders pay and riders can see what drivers earn. Absolutely! Many of our drivers use multiple platforms to maximize their earnings. Since 90Ride offers a higher percentage of the fare, many drivers prioritize our ride requests when they come in, but you're free to use whatever strategy works best for you. We don't restrict you from using other apps while driving for 90Ride.

Yes, passengers can tip drivers after each trip. We never charge a fee for tips, but a small payment processing fee for tips will go to Stripe (typically 2.9% + $0.30).
